✧About✧

Hey! I'm Mineis!I bounce around fandoms, drawing fanart for whatever I'm currently into. Check out my Interests page for my current likes! I apologize for being slow at art, as I'm juggling school and games and extracurriculars. I'm most active on Twitter!

Currently obsessed with Genshin Impact, NIJISANJI (Luxiem), and Jujutsu Kaisen. Other things that I enjoy are Tears of Themis, Honkai Impact, Detroit: Become Human, Flight Rising, and Sky: COTL.

✧Terms and Conditions✧

As the client, you must agree to these terms prior to your commissioning of art or purchase of adoptables, designs, and other pieces created by me.It is your responsibility to look over these terms beforehand and to ask any questions if you are concerned about the conditions and terms.1. As the artist, I reserve the right to decline any commission or offer that I am not comfortable with drawing.
Whether it be a personal factor or something I am not on board with, I still have the right to refuse my services to the client if need be.
2. I demand half of the payment upfront for larger orders that exceed $20.
This is mostly a protective policy that makes sure the client is willing to follow through with payment. If the client cannot pay for the second half, I have the right to keep the artwork.
3. As the artist, I reserve all rights to the art itself.
The art itself is my property, and I am able to use it in the future as examples, prints, and merchandise. They will most likely be uploaded to blogs and websites as references. I do not claim ownership of any species or characters.
4. I will not provide a refund for any commissioned work in the stages of line art, color, or shading.
For any client requesting a refund for their art in the sketching stage, I will refund half of the 50% upfront. Any art pieces further along will not be refunded.
5. The client may not make any merchandise, mass-produce prints, or profit from the artwork.
Single prints for personal use are allowed, but they may not be sold in any way. Uploads are allowed, but credit must be given at all times. The client is allowed to crop and resize the artwork to create backgrounds, icons, or wallpapers. However, the client is not allowed to edit the artwork in any way, except for minor filters.
6. Any unused sketches or designs are subject to recycling without the original client's notice.
The original art belongs to the artist and can be used in any future pieces and compositions.
7. I require either a visual reference or a detailed physical description for any commissioned artwork.
This is mostly to help me in the composition and to be as accurate as possible in my art.
8. If the artwork contains any closed species, I request explicit and written permission from the owner of the species.
This is to prevent any problems that may arise from drawing any closed species, such as copyright issues and complications.
9. Please do not rush or nag me.
A well-placed reminder or checkup is appreciated and welcome, especially if you are concerned that I may have forgotten about your commission. However, please do not continually send me messages, demanding me to work faster, or critiquing the artwork to the line. Please remember that I have other commitments and I am still in school, so I may not be able to finish your commission immediately.
10. Any alterations to the pose, proportions, design, or artwork in general must be made during the sketch phase.
If the WIP I send you does not satisfy you, you have the responsibility of telling me so. Once I begin on the line art phase, I refuse to alter any line work. The client will be able to completely change the sketch twice before I start on the line art.
11. I will not draw NSFW, extreme gore, hate art, urban settings, complex backgrounds, pedophilia, or discriminatory material. Reference my commission sheet to see what I am and am not comfortable drawing.14. If you want the commission to be done in an allotted time, you must inform me before payment is made.
I am not at fault if I am unable to finish and was not informed of the deadline. If I am unable to finish and I have been informed, the client will receive a full refund and the art as compensation. Note that the deadline must be reasonable and if I feel that I cannot finish the artwork in time, I will refuse the commission.
15. The client under no circumstances is allowed to use the commissioned work in contests.
